How do I sign up?

Registering your website is quick and easy. You can find more information on the how it works page or fill out the form below.

Does this require a lot of developer support?

No. The process is simple with minimal developer effort. You’ll need to add DNS records and copy/paste a JS snippet into the website (we’ll tell you how and where).

What happens to my customer data?

The software architecture acts like a secure “pass-through” system, sending data to Facebook. We do not store your customer data.

Will this slow down my site?

No. The software uses an asynchronous technique to load the script, meaning it does not block the loading of other content on your website.

Is this privacy compliant?

ConvertEvent leverages your existing Facebook event data and pixel setup, matching the compliance of your existing pixel implementation.

Can this break my pixel?

No. The Conversion API is managed separately from your primary browser pixel, so there is no risk of breaking your existing setup.
